To say that these are difficult, trying times is an understatement. What is happening around us is unprecedented and extraordinary in every way. We pray and look to family for strength and love. With everything that’s happening, I look at my Foundever Barkada and come away with inspiration. The mobilization and coordination needed to pull off BPO-sized miracles with our skeletal staffing, accommodations and Foundever at Home initiatives is gargantuan – but my Barkada was up to the challenge. Across multiple sites, cities and virtual meeting rooms, Foundever Jedis, Avengers and Justice Leaguers are working together as one united team. With people first as its uncompromising core, we unite, we work, we deliver. It hasn’t been smooth or pretty but we learn, adapt and push forward.
