Milica Kabic

I started working at Foundever in September of 2016 as a Customer Support Agent. I was excited, and it was my first “real” job. I wanted to work in an established company. The interviews were serious and professional. So on the first day of training, I was ready for my career to start. And on that first day, I realized that this would be so much more than just a job.

Foundever has become a way of life, so to speak. It gave me the stability that I wanted, inspired me to better myself, taught me all these different things that can be applied in both work and personal life.

And not everything is about work. The statement “People First” is true. People here are the best, and are what makes this job so good and why I recommend this company to my friends. I got a whole new, fun and interesting family at work. The job can be stressful, and sometimes takes a toll on us, but the colleagues are the ones to brighten up every day. And they are one of the main reasons I look forward to going to work. And those same people helped me explore all interests outside of work. We can always find the time for a tea-party or a reason to bring cookies to work.

In the future, I see myself advancing in this company. I am excited to learn something new and to further grow with Foundever.
