I am Nisha Ahuja, the Leadership and Development Manager at Growth Point.

To be honest, my journey began when I decided to pursue my passion for fashion designing. Little did I know it would lead me to the call center industry, but I am glad it did.

Like many of us, I initially joined as a stopgap. However, the atmosphere here was so inviting that I never felt inclined to leave. My journey has been filled with experiences, challenges, and accomplishments that have shaped my path over the past 20 years. The main reason I’ve stayed for so long is the people. A turning point in my journey at Foundever occurred when I decided to step out of my comfort zone, which was my first process, EarthLink. To me, success means making a difference, and looking back now, I feel that I have made a meaningful impact.

I have experience in calls, chats, and email queues.

I served as an escalation specialist for a year and a half, followed by two years as a reporting analyst. I then worked as an Engagement Officer for two years and as a Senior Engagement Officer for one year, during which I transitioned into a leadership and development role. The Growth Point program at Foundever has greatly assisted me in this journey.

Currently, I am the Leadership and Development Manager at Growth Point, a role I have held since April 2024. I am learning a lot in this position and, while I feel overwhelmed at times, I am confident I will thrive.

I aspire to continue growing and contributing to my career. My short-term goal is to complete the LDMGP certification. In the next 3-5 years, I envision myself as a senior LDM. I plan to use LinkedIn extensively to upskill myself, in addition to utilizing all available internal resources. I am fortunate to have an excellent mentor guiding me on this path.

On a personal note, I am flexible and open to new ideas, technologies, and ways of working. I am always ready to embrace change and turn it into an opportunity. I believe in maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life to avoid burnout.

Regarding hobbies, I love to paint on various surfaces, stitch, embroider, do pottery, and much more. Above all, I enjoy helping stray animals. You could summarize me with this statement: “Animal lover forced to be nice to humans.”

Awarded Shining Star as a QAP.
3 Reach for the Stars awards, 2 of which were during my QAP span.
Numerous certificates in Best CSAT, BABM, ACD, and more.
33 appreciation letters as an agent, among other accolades.
My motto is to keep growing and never stop! 🙂
