Foundever has offered me many opportunities, and there are always opportunities to grow. It’s yourself who chooses if you want to take that risk. Being a “new hire” is always scary. My happiest moment was when I was promoted to become a mentor. I love seeing people grow, learn and motivate each other especially in difficult situations. My colleagues & family are the reason why I’m still with Foundever. Foundever helps you with personal and work matters. Knowing that I make an impact on my colleagues life’s makes me feel unique, because not everyone can hear those words.
