I remember when Foundever came to St. Catharines. It was the new place that everyone wanted to work at – including me! I had only worked in retail so this was going to be something new and exciting for me. That was 18 years ago and I am still here.

Don’t get me wrong, I love working here. I enjoy the challenges that each day brings and the different programs that I have worked on. It helps me stay on my toes as they say. I started as a customer service rep and quickly made my way up to the escalation department. When that program left our site I decided to move into collections and have been here ever since. Life is good for me because of Foundever. I have peace of mind with good benefits and job security and nowadays that is so hard to find. Would I leave Foundever? No! I am happy with my Foundever family.
