Rebeca Cuadra
My name is Rebeca Cuadra, AKA Bekha. I joined Foundever in August of 2015 as part of the FLIP. The program allowed me to get familiar with the call center environment while improving my English. My trainer’s tips for the interview helped me a lot to go thru the process and I was able to join one of our Customer service accounts. Then, I was able to be part of our Sales account. Later, thanks to the support that I received from the management staff, I was able to develop myself and became a Coach Apprentice. Now, I support associates the same way I was supported on my starts.
