“Being a follower is the strongest foundation of a Leader.” This is a firm belief of Regin, who is one of the empowered voices here at Foundever. Regin started her Foundever journey in Pasig as a customer service representative. Hence, she took her time before she stepped up as a Coach Track Trainee. During her time with operations, Reign spent time understanding the process and learned the basic leadership skills that she needed to develop in her new role. Reign was scared at first. However, she hungered to learn and prepared herself to the challenges that lie ahead of her.
