Hello,

My name is Rita and I am now a 2nd line vulnerable customer Senior Specialist agent.

I started working for a major Nordic client on 17 February 2020. I had a fabulous group with an amazing trainer, Zena Phillipou, who made us feel so welcome.

First, I was trained on incoming calls and live chats for 1st line.

I had a team leader, Mr Anthony O, for about a month then there was a reshuffle. I joined Team A who I had for about 4 monthsm under the leadership of Mr Alex G. He taught me a lot. Again, another reshuffle and ended up with the amazing Mr C. Pash.

2 years later, I was transferred to the disputes team which I enjoyed very much investigating all the different scenarios. Unfortunately this LOB was transferred to the Philippines. So the option of either going to Vulnerable cst or fraud came up.

After an assessment, {which was very hard} I was chosen to go to Vulnerable cst. I was very pleased to join this team. A year down the line, I was transferred to VC 2nd line, where I still currently am.

I have made loads and loads of friends, some that I see outside of work too, so friends for life. Re kindled with old friends and our friendships has been become even stronger.

I look forward to coming to work every day, as my Team leader is the absolute best Rita Phillipou and I have an amazing work colleagues.

We are family.
