As a Recruitment Manager for our Wales Hub, I achieved great success in meeting targets and increasing our Swansea office’s visibility. During my time in this role, I was honoured to receive three awards, all chosen by my incredible colleagues. I also took on the role of Engagement Lead after just a year with the company.

Nearly two years in, I was eager for another challenge but knew I wanted to stay with Foundever. In 2024, I was thrilled to step into my new role as a Client Development Manager, and I have not looked back. That first sale was an unforgettable moment, but every success since has been just as meaningful as I continue to grow in this role.

Foundever changed my life. It gave me the chance to step away from a rewarding yet demanding industry that required long hours, seven days a week. Now, I have the work-life balance to create special memories with my family, and for that, I am forever grateful.
