I never thought that I would ever work in a contact center, but due to the circumstances of life, I had to change my job. In the beginning, it was not easy. It was a different way of working, of contacting other people, speaking two languages and learning all about the company for which we are to be hired. But with the help of my teammates, of the team managers, I have managed to perform my tasks successfully. I have been working for more than two years at Foundever and have never missed a single day. Sometimes I get tired; other times, everything runs well, but at no time did I regret working for Foundever.
