Hi, I’m Sandra.
I have been part of the Berlin Foundever team for a good 11 years now. As a receptionist, I am very aware of the work processes and the interpersonal communication that makes up our sitting life. The reception is one of the meeting points where everyone comes together, the management, supporters and all CSPs. (We in Berlin are an especially crazy team, what can you expect with 800 employees!)
I have always felt very comfortable at work, because the cohesion of the colleagues is unique. You laugh together, you cry together for a short time, we are a team and stick together no matter what crazy things might happen.
I love to support our exciting and unique events here in Berlin. One of my strengths is to motivate others with a smile, because having fun together is the real joy. I am proud to be part of the Berlin team and I wouldn’t want to trade my Berlin team for anything else. Together we can do it, always stay positive is the motto!
