I started with Foundever in March of 2020. I was 19 years old and working as a cashier at the time. When I applied for Foundever I honestly thought they would think I was too young and inexperienced. When I got the email that the job was mine I was so happy and determined to show them that I was a hard worker. When I finished training my trainer told me I was the best in the class! I cried when I found out, about a month or so after I was offered to be a part of a test for my campaign that only the top agents were apart of. I cried then too haha. Just recently I was given the opportunity to mentor new hires along side some amazing people! From the very start my coaches and coworkers supported me and encouraged me to keep going. The people at Foundever are so caring and kind, we are a family. I’m so proud to be a part of this group 🙂
