Tony Rose

I was an agent for six months when the RTA position opened. I didn’t have the confidence at the time since this was technically my first call center job.

Truth be told I only had the basic knowledge to be an RTA. I knew that I was a quick learner and definitely willing to learn. I learned a lot from the old team and my new team. I was under great management with very clear procedures which allowed me to grow even more within the department. Six months after my certification by being an RTA, I was offered the Workforce Coordinator position.

Again, I was not 100% confident but knowing I had a great team and learning ethics I pursued it with the support of my team and manager. Now, I am three months in after becoming certified as Workforce Coordinator. Looking back, I am amazed at the growth, opportunity and knowledge that I have accumulated in just two years.
