I began my journey with Foundever 5 years ago as an agent, and from the moment I started I felt so welcomed. Within just a few months as an agent at Foundever, I won an award for purpose due to the help I had given during a trial on my current campaign and for delivering exceptional customer service which had been recognised by our client. This was such a proud moment for me and I felt I really belonged and was making an impact.

Since that point I decided to pursue a long time ambition of becoming a trainer and upon passing my probation at Foundever I decided to go for it! I felt so privileged to be offered a track trainer position which helped me build on my knowledge and experience of the role and once I was ready I stepped into a seconded learning specialist role and then into a permanent position as a learning specialist. I now get to develop others at Foundever and give anyone beginning their journey the same positive feeling I had been given 5 years ago.
