Coming from the floor, I began working in CX when I was a student. CX was a new industry with a lot of opportunities.

After a couple of months of being an agent, my director asked me to become a manager.

I joined the HQ to manage some outsourcers in charge of part of the client relationship.

During the experience, I met Olivier and Laurent. Several months after this meeting, they asked me to be part of the Foundever adventure by being Site Director of Blois. Their value is what convinced me to join them.
