My journey at Foundever has been nothing short of incredible. I started as a Collection Specialist, eager to learn and grow within the company. After a year, I’ve been fortunate enough to celebrate milestones, including achieving top-tier customer satisfaction ratings and being recognized for my contributions to process improvements.

One of my happiest moments was when I was promoted to Team Lead. It was a testament to the hard work and dedication I’ve put into my role, and it gave me the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of talented individuals.

I’ve built lasting friendships with my colleagues at Foundever. We’ve supported each other through challenges and celebrated each other’s successes. The camaraderie and support I’ve received have made my time here truly enjoyable.
