Back in 2019, I felt the need to come closer to home after spending a few years working in Manila and Pampanga. Not only did motherhood change my plans in life, but I was privileged to have been trusted by Foundever to be a coach after being exposed in a role of being a trainer years ago. The company opened doors for me, fulfilling my dream to touch lives and be an instrument of change. Three years later, I am still in awe realizing how brilliant my kabarkadas are. I have always been so grateful with all the things that I have experienced here and in days that I feel I can’t measure up, I always go back to the day I have started working here.
Finding myself and feeling at home with Foundever was priceless. I have learned to trust the process because there are things that get better in time. In days that I felt challenged, there are people who would pull me up and be my support system. I have never felt alone in all the journey that I had to go through. We empower each other, share best practices and strengthen our core values through the love that burns in each of us. In the coming years, I look forward to shining my brightest as far as my career is concerned in this company.
