I started my career at Foundever in September of 2010 on the phones as a customer service agent in the Corning, NY site location. I was an agent for about three years before I was promoted to a coach apprentice. I was a coach apprentice for six months before I was promoted to a coach.
I was a coach for four years before I decided I wanted to move up higher in the company. I applied (and was accepted) as an Operations Manager Apprentice in June of 2017. I was an Operations Manager Apprentice in Corning, NY, until May of 2018, when I learned that my site was closing. At this point, I got into contact with San Angelo Site Director and was offered a position as a coach. I moved to San Angelo, TX, in May of 2018 as a coach. I was promoted to an Operations Manager Apprentice in April of 2019 and have since certified as an operations manager. When I first came to Foundever in 2010, I saw it as just another job. However, I quickly realized that wasn’t the case and have made a career out of it. Foundever has presented me with many opportunities with learning new skills and developing old ones as well as traveling to different locations. Foundever also gave me the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and move across the country. I recommend Foundever to anyone I meet.
