Foundever has made an enormous step forward in many different areas in recent weeks. Also, and especially in Learning & Development, we are in the process of achieving what we (Germany) have actually planned for the next two years. It is exciting to see what possibilities we have now and the speed is incredibly fast. The support is bigger than ever and despite social distancing, we are getting closer together. This development is both a curse and a blessing. Despite all the challenges in various areas, the focus is on the employee. Therefore, it is very important to me personally to do everything possible to enable our employees to work from home as quickly as possible. I am proud to be a part of the Foundever family, to support them with all my strength and to create a lot for our professional future. Together we can emerge stronger from the crisis. Stay safe!
