It’s been almost one year now since I joined Foundever Tarlac. My stay here taught me a lot of experiences that will help me grow as a career person and as an individual. It taught me patience to be calm under pressure. At first, I was hesitant to enter the BPO industry because of the stigma and stereotypes. I’m glad that I gave it a shot because being a customer service representative is an underrated job and CSRs rock!!!!
