My Foundever journey started during the most difficult days of 2020. When most businesses were closing, I found a home with Foundever. Co-workers became family but people in this industry used to come and go, during those times when almost everyone is leaving due to the COVID scare, I choose to stay and committed to improving myself.
Given the chance to step up, I grabbed the opportunity to join the Learning Team. I got promoted to the Learning Specialist Track Trainee role in May 2021. Meeting this unforeseen success made me realize that Foundever has a lot to offer. This changed the way I see things in this profession. More than getting a job and stability, I have found a family at Foundever which I truly appreciate.
