I joined Legacy SYKES Fort Smith in 2013. This story is about my son joining me at work!
I miss my son being a little boy, but love the fact that we get to work together! As soon as he turned 18, Zack obtained his Insurance License and joined Legacy SYKES with our insurance team. Me, being a former Trainer for the program, looked forward to hearing about his training and first phone calls. Our rides to and from work consisted of call openings and closings, how to avoid dead air, and ways to help with call handle time! His goal is to become a Trainer for the program as well and I am one proud momma!
