Rustom “Tom” Calusa

A 20-year-old kid who doesn’t have any working experience and did not attend college can lead a team in a large organization.

He was 17 years old when he tried applying for a job in a call center business. He passed the application assessment, but on the final interview, the recruitment staff found out that he was under age, which means he was not qualified for the job yet. However, he was advised to come back after his 18th birthday.

On May 18, 2019, his 18th birthday, the recruitment center called him and wished him a happy birthday and invited him to re-apply. On May 20, 2019, he re-applied, got hired, and officially started working on June 10, 2019.

He began as an agent and was promoted to a subject matter expert after a year and six months. He applied for a learning specialist position in June 2021 and was unsuccessful, but he did not give up. because of his hard work, dedication, and trustworthiness. He became Coach/Supervisor in July 2021 and has remained so to this day.

He had ups and downs during his career. This aided in the development of his abilities, communication skills, and sense of leadership and, most importantly, increased his self-confidence.
He is indebted to Foundever for the opportunities they have given him thus far, as well as the guidance, support, and care. Foundever honed him and continues to help him realize his full potential.
