I am a proud Foundever employee and it is definitely one of the best decisions I have made in my career. Going back to Foundever gave me a chance to be with a company that values diversity and inclusivity. Foundever makes me feel more accepted and valued as part of the LGBTQIA+ Community. With the Foundever culture valuing inclusivity, I learned that no matter what your gender preference or identity is, your size etc., you have equal access to opportunities and resources like allowing common-law partners to be part of our dependents in MAXcare and many more. Even before I took on the QA Apprentice role, I was openly accepted by my coaches, managers, mentors & peers, and they encouraged me to be proud of myself. I am very grateful to Foundever because, in a short span of time, I was able to build my career amidst the pandemic. I am also thankful that I am able to participate in giving back to the community, as Sitel consistently conducts outreach programs for the less fortunate and Sitel even holds activities that help us preserve the environment.
Last September 2022, I celebrated my first year with Foundever Baguio and I look forward to many more years to come. I am proud to be with a company that values everyone and treats everyone equally. I am proud to be part of Foundever. I commit to staying and continue sharing my Sitel story.
