My story began 15 years ago, Wow! I had no idea it would turn into an awesome journey! I needed a job as we had just moved back to San Angelo, Texas. I started on the phones with a radio satellite company and quickly made my way “off the phones!”
Over the next several years, it was a learning event every day. I had never managed people to this capacity. However, the Foundever family that I was surrounded by was there every step of the way. What a rush and sense of pride and accomplishment to see those you were mentoring succeed as well. Through my journey, I was able to run teams, develop coaching skills, and client interaction. I have since been involved with launching new lines of business, leading teams to performance success, and helping others on their journey. The personal life events along the way have not been the easiest, but with the mentors and support structure I have had at Foundever, it has been seamless.
In my story, Susan Spencer deserves a special shout out as being a rock and a consistent, accountable person that helped mold me into the manager I am today. I look forward to the new challenges and rewards in my latest position as SDTT. I am thankful every day for a company that values its employees and looks forward to the future and taking us on the ride with them!
