I’ve been with Foundever for more than 5 years. At first, I was hesitant to apply in Foundever because the job requires to report to work in-center and I used to be in a work-at-home set-up. But after hearing Foundever’s benefits and other offers, I decided to give it a try. Luckily, I got the job offer. I started as an agent supporting a financial program.
My Coach back then asked me if I wanted to apply as a Products Specialist or a Trainer. I immediately grabbed the opportunity because as they always say, “Opportunity knocks only once”. Fortunately, I passed the assessments and got hired as a “Learning Specialist Track Trainee”. Then, I got confirmed as Learning Specialist after a year.
Foundever has provided me with enough training to be ready for the next role. It’s quite challenging at first but the culture and the support system I received from my superiors and colleagues helped me to continue and pursue my passion.
Foundever has helped me in so many ways as a mother of three. I wasn’t able to finish my college degree but Foundever provided me the opportunity to grow professionally and provide for my family.
