My name is Rustom Calusa. I’m 18 years old. My Foundever journey started when I was 17 years old. I applied as a CSR, then I passed the application process, but they found out that I was only 17 years old, which is not qualified. Then I was endorsed in Foundever Academy and was told ‘after my 18th birthday, please come back’.
On May 18, 2019, my 18th birthday, the recruitment center called me, greeting me with Happy Birthday and inviting me to re-apply. On May 20, 2019, I went to Foundever Tarlac Recruitment Center and then after a week, I got hired and officially started working on June 10, 2019. I am still working at Foundever now.
During my career, I went through ups and downs. This helped me develop my skills, my communication, my sense of leadership and the most important thing is that it gave me higher self-confidence. When I entered Foundever, I had nothing. I didn’t have any working experience. The only thing I have is a very strong fighting spirit, but now I can say that I’m equipped. Foundever people made me believe that I can do more, and I can be more.
