I want to share this story so people understand it’s never too late. I have been a Team Lead at the Deland Site for just over 4 years. Just before the Pandemic in 2020 I decided to go back to school after over 40 based on the University of Arizona Global Campus program offered by Sykes. It was a big decision and commitment considering when I earned my BA in 1980 we didn’t even have desktop computers. I made the decision, completed the course work, and at 63 years old, I earned my Master’s Degree in Human Resources. So all you young adults out there that may have not completed your education and want to later in life remember, It is never too late.
