Since COVID19 changed our lives, we all had to make adjustments. It is true that you appreciate what you HAD once you lose it. Our freedom, our social gatherings with friends and family: now, in order to avoid spreading the virus, we stay at home and clean ourselves and our surroundings as much as we can. We all hope and pray that we all will be able to win this virus by following simple instructions.

It is difficult to be at home, mostly for youngsters.

This past Monday, March 23rd, I started working at home. My house has become a working environment since my son is also working at home for the past 2 months. We both have different schedules: I work during the day and he is working night shifts. We see each other briefly.

I started working in my dining table due to the material I have; it takes too much space. My son is working in our “office”. Since I came in, I made myself a promise: I would get up every day and prepare myself as if I am going to work at my site. So, since day one I get up and get ready to go to work – at the dining table. My only limitation is that I do not have the proper working chair, so as soon as I finish my shift, I get into my exercising clothes and start working out. This has helped me release all the back pain. So far, it is working out and I am killing 2 birds with 1 stone…work and working out – earning points at Foundever Fit and feeling healthy.

I thank Foundever for letting me work from home. It is a new experience in my life. Foundever has helped us all through thick and thin. I will always be thankful to this company for always going the extra mile for us.
